Hi! I'm Brittney, and that's my amazing husband of 11 years, Brian.
On November 21, 2017, I was diagnosed with Stage 2A Infiltrating Ductal, Estrogen and Progesterone positive Breast Cancer.
In addition to being the world's best wife (HA!), I am also Mama to our four kids, Wyatt, Reese, Hudson, and Finley, and I teach tiny humans (really tiny ones!).
Brian and I were married in 2006, welcomed our babes in 2007, 2008, 2010, and 2012. You can read a lot about the kids here. And yes, I have breast cancer and breast fed them all. A total of 4 and a half years of breast feeding. I have no family history of this disease. So my diagnosis was unexpected.
Be prepared! I'm going to share the ups and downs of my experience, with a healthy dose of reality. The highs, the lows, and a bit of sarcasm and inappropriate jokes... because of who I am as a person. But I'm not going to let this "cancer thing" get me down because my boobs can kiss my ass, and they are not going to kill me.
